v1.3 controller support + web build

This release has the following changes:

• controller support (requires 4 shoulder buttons)
• fix for non-QWERTY keyboards

I've also made available a web build for the game: Click here to launch the web build! I don't generally recommend playing the web build as the frame rate is not great, but it can be useful for trying the game out without having to download it.
